01Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing or using LUNA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

02Medical disclaimer

LUNA is a wellness and tracking tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Cycle and ovulation predictions are statistical estimates and should never be relied upon as a sole method of contraception or fertility planning.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns, unusual symptoms, or before making decisions about your reproductive health.

03Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create a LUNA account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.

04Account usage

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • One account is intended for one individual's personal health tracking.
  • You agree to notify us promptly at tkwebsolution1301@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

05Partner features

Partner Mode is an optional feature that shares a limited summary of your cycle status with a person you explicitly invite. You are solely responsible for choosing who to invite. LUNA is not responsible for how an invited partner uses information shared through this feature, and you may revoke access at any time.

06Acceptable use

When using LUNA, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or its security features
  • Use the app to harass, monitor, or control another person without their consent
  • Upload false health information intended to disrupt the service for others
  • Access another user's account without authorization

07Intellectual property

The LUNA name, logo, app design, and underlying software are the property of TK Web Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your health entries and personal content remain your own property at all times.

08Termination

You may stop using LUNA and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse of the service, or pose a security risk to other users.

09Limitation of liability

LUNA is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, TK Web Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on cycle predictions.

10Changes to terms

We may update these terms as LUNA evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email, and continued use of LUNA after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
