Delete your LUNA account

We're sorry to see you go. This page permanently and irreversibly deletes your account and every piece of data tied to it.

Request received

Check your inbox for a confirmation email. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation.

2What gets deleted

Once your deletion is confirmed, we permanently remove:

Firebase Authentication — your login record, including linked Google Sign-In.
Firestore — every cycle entry, symptom log, mood note, and profile field.
Firebase Storage — any attached files or exported reports stored in your account.
Partner Mode connections — any active link to a partner account is severed immediately.
Notification tokens — device tokens used for reminders are revoked.

Anonymized, aggregate analytics that cannot be traced back to you (such as overall app crash rates) may be retained for product improvement.

3Deletion timeline

Day 0

Request submitted

You submit the form above or tap Delete Account inside the app.

Within 24h

Confirmation email sent

You'll receive an email to confirm the request actually came from you.

Day 1–30

Data permanently erased

All records are wiped from Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Storage.

Day 30

Deletion complete

Your account can no longer be recovered. You're welcome back anytime as a new user.

4FAQ

No. Once the 30-day window closes, your cycle history and account cannot be restored. Consider exporting a PDF report first from Settings → Export Data.

Yes, within the 30-day window. Email tkwebsolution1301@gmail.com from your account address and we'll cancel the request.

No. Uninstalling LUNA from your phone does not delete your account or data — you must submit a deletion request via this page or in-app Settings.
